A full service residential remodeling contractor, Hudson provides everything from design assistance, pricing and product selection to permitting, which assures clients of building code compliance and the ability - and knowledge necessary - to work with local municipalities. (We have successfully presented a Petition for Variance before the Bellingham City Court on behalf of a client.)

Charlie Hudson is a contractor with professional designation. He has obtained the CGR (Certified Graduate Remodeler), one of only 84 in Washington State, and most recently, the CAPS. CGR is an exclusive professional designation operated under the auspices of the Remodelers Council of the National Association of home builders. CAPS is a professional designation which was developed by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Remodelers Council in collaboration with the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP).
