PROFESSIONAL DESIGNATIONS
Charlie Hudson is a remodeling contractor with professional designation. He has obtained the Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) classification, one of a select few in the state of Washington. CGR is an exclusive professional designation operated under the auspices of the Remodelers Council of the National Association of home builders (NAHB). Charlie also has a Certified Aging in Place (CAPS) designation. CAPS were developed by the NAHB Remodelers Council in collaboration with the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP).

CERTIFICATES
The rules for working around lead-based paint changed in 2010 and Hudson Remodeling quickly responded by becoming certified through the EPA to safely handle lead-based paint renovations, repairs and painting task.
