South Shore Lake Whatcom Remodel

Lake Whatcom Whole House Remodel

In this whole house remodel we actually took out an interior room to make a spacious deck with pergola to enjoy fine views of Lake Whatcom. While we were out there we redid the siding, the entry way, the front steps, exposed aggregate decking and added some Anderson french doors.

On the inside we tackled bathrooms and the stairs. In the guest bathroom we gave it a light and airy look with white wainscoting, subway tiles, marble counter tops and a claw foot tub. The second bathroom, not nearly as fancy as the first, but comprises of new counter tops, shower tiles, floors, and vanity. We converted a small bedroom to achieve the spacious mater bathroom the home owners always dreamed of. We pulled out all the stops with this one with pillow-cut carrera marble tiles on the floor, carrera marble counter tops, and custom milled trim work.

Last, but not least is the stairs. We gave then new hardwood treads, balusters and newels achieving 45 degree angles as the stairs curved around.
