Our clients wanted to modernize their home’s exterior while maintaining its character. We started by removing the original brick façade from the front entry and around the garage doors, making way for more cohesive, contemporary materials. New Hardie siding was installed around the entire house—planks for most of the walls and architectural shingles in and around the entry to add texture and contrast.
Distinctive details
One of the most eye-catching updates was the curved metal roof installed above the bay window in the home’s library. Beneath it, a new stone veneer adds warmth and richness to the façade. Together, these elements give the library nook a distinctive, elevated look from the outside.
Hudson also replaced the home’s windows and exterior trim, helping improve energy efficiency while giving the home a clean, updated appearance. New garage doors and gutters were installed, and the entire exterior was finished with a fresh coat of paint to tie everything together.
